Here’s what’s included in the online edition.
- A weekly introduction video highlighting the techniques
- Each topic includes a short companion ebook with the week’s topic in written format, topic specific anatomy as well as some yogic food for thought.
- You will have special (and ongoing!) access to practice along videos for each technique demonstrated in class as well as a 20-30 minute full practice to use at home.
- You will enjoy support in our private facebook group. Kelly will check in weekly and answer questions live and you can ask questions at any point during the course.
