Tomorrow we begin a new month and a new season in this wild year. Priorities and schedules have shifted, but protecting your mental and physical health is just as important as ever.

Join us for our 10 Day Wellness Challenge where we will be exploring 10 themes to help keep you calm and strong no matter what life throws your way!

Each day of the challenge we encourage you to take at least 15 minutes to focus on your personal wellness. Go for a walk, meditate, journal, practice yoga, cook your favorite meal, anything that fuels your soul. We will be emailing 5 minute videos daily that breakdown different themes related to wellness so keep an eye out in your inbox!

Taking care of yourself is a prize itself, but we are sweetening the deal with a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to Red’s Threads!
